UP Board Series

UP Board Series is a credit-card sized board with the high performance and low power consumption features of the latest tablet technology: the Intel® ATOM™ x5-Z8350 Processors 64 bits up to 1.92GHz. The internal GPU is the new Intel Gen 8 HD 400 with 12 Execution Units up to 500MHz to deliver extremely high 3D graphic performance. UP is equipped with 2GB/4GB DDR3L RAM and 16GB/32GB eMMC.

The UP Board Series has 40 GPIO with the same connector and pin definition of Raspberry PI2, giving developers freedom to build up their shield. Rich I/O features include 5 x USB 2.0, 1 x USB 3.0 OTG, 1 x Gbit Ethernet, 1 x DSI port, 1 x Camera (MIPI), 1 x HMDI and a RTC. UP has Intel security features needed for professional IoT applications such Intel AES New Instructions and Intel Identity Protection Technology.

The UP Board Series is powered by Intel Quad Core Atom X5-8350, which combines high performance and low power consumption. It’s a 64-bit quad-core SoC with only 2W SDP and clocking up to 1.84 GHz.

The internal GPU is the new Intel Gen 8 HD with 12 Execution Units up to 500MHz which delivers extremely high 3D graphic performance.

Flexible

The CPU is supported by Android 5.0 Lollipop, Microsoft Windows 10, and Linux is supported and enabled through the UP Community.
