Topic : Check Our Brand-New And Improved UP Shop!
Dear valued customer,

With the growth of our business, we have identified the need to improve your online shopping experience with us. We are pleased to inform you that UP Shop has moved over to a new, improved platform! Our new shop is faster, easier to use and optimized for most mobile devices. We have focused on these changes to positively improve customer experience.

Your existing account details recorded on UP Shop has migrated over to the new site, so it remains the same. However, for security reasons, we request that our users reset their passwords.


Get started with 2 easy steps:

  1. Open a browser on your device, go to https://up-shop.org/, click Sign In   at the right-top corner, then click Forgot Your Password?  , then you will be able to set your new password for new UP Shop using the email address you used on the previous system.
  2. Once you reset your password, you can log in with your email address and new password.

First, click Sign In

Then click Forgot Your Password

Legacy orders and RMA portal ( before 17th April 2020)
For any orders placed before 17th April 2020, customers are still able to check the order status and RMA process on the previous system, simply access this portal at https://rma.up-shop.org/. The access details remain the same as the one used for the previous system. Of course, you can also use the ‘Forgot your password?’ function to reset.
