AI Core is a mini-PCIe module powered by Intel® Movidius™ Myriad 2. This low-power module enhances all industrial IOT Edge devices with hardware accelerated deep learning and enhanced machine vision functionality. AAEON Technology is the first IPC manufacturer to address the growing need for Artificial Intelligence on the Edge with dedicated hardware.

Most IoT solutions available today are focused on connecting Edge devices to the cloud and these deployments face challenges related to latency, network bandwidth, reliability and security. AI Core is fully compatible with Intel® Neural Computing Stick software development kit. Get started and shorten your integration and deployment by using the comprehensive SDK for Myriad 2 that contains API and Toolkit.

AI Core is available for pre-order on UP Shop ( www.up-shop.org ) at the end user price of 69$. The product will also be available soon at channel and distributor partners of AAEON and UP. The delivery of AI Core starts in April 2018.
